New Construction- Tiny House ADU

This project was performed largely independently while working at TRG Arch. We were able to permit and build a very compact ADU with a loft bedroom, we used every ounce of space to tuck in a functional kitchen and under stair cubbies into the limited space. We worked hard to creatively place our windows to maximize the use of natural light including using the living room roof as a reflecting shelf to bring in more light into the building. The result was a bright modern space tucked in behind the existing main residence.
